Weather Watch
We monitor the forecast all season. You never have to call, when it snows, we are automatically on duty for your address.
Liability Documentation
Every clearing run is logged with date and time. If anything ever happens, you have proof the duty was met, important under German liability law.

The fine print of your lease
The duty is real, and it transfers to you
Under German law the property owner must keep sidewalks safe in winter, and most leases pass this duty to the tenant, often with exact times (typically 7 am to 8 pm). Miss it, and you can be liable if someone slips. A winter contract takes the whole topic off your plate, including the early mornings.
Season contract, fixed price
One fixed price for the whole season (November to March), no matter how often it snows. Landlords get the documentation for their records. Book before the season starts, winter slots are limited.

Can my landlord pay for it?
Often yes, many landlords cover winter service or split it via utilities. We provide a proper German invoice either way, just ask your landlord or property manager.
