Loose handles, small holes, minor fixes around house and yard, handled before the landlord sees them and puts them on your bill.

On request we document the condition with photos, useful for your records and for the housing office paperwork.

PCS season fills up fast
Book two to four weeks ahead
PCS season (May to August) is the busiest time of the year. Slots for move-out work fill up weeks in advance, so book as soon as you have your final inspection date. Short-notice jobs are sometimes possible, but early birds get the guaranteed slot.
What it costs
Send us photos of house and yard via WhatsApp and tell us your handover date, you will usually get a fixed quote the same day. One price, no surprises, proper German invoice.

How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks during PCS season (May to August), earlier is always better. Off-season, one week is usually enough.
Can you work while we are already gone?
Yes. With a key handover arrangement we can finish the yard and outdoor cleaning after you leave and hand over directly to your landlord or property manager.
Do you also do the inside cleaning?
Our focus is yard, outdoor areas and small repairs. For full inside final cleaning we can recommend partners, or coordinate it as part of the package.
What does it cost?
Depends on yard size and condition. Photos via WhatsApp plus your handover date get you a fixed quote, usually the same day.
