Trimming hedges and shrubs back to lease condition, including hauling away all green waste. German landlords notice, and so will your final inspection.
Weed Removal & Yard Cleanup
Weeds on patios, driveways and beds, leaf removal in fall, and full yard cleanups when things have grown out of hand.
Snow Removal (Räumpflicht)
Most German leases pass snow shoveling duty to the tenant. We clear and grit your sidewalk before you leave for work, so you are covered, legally and literally.
PCS Move-Out Support
Yard restoration, hedge cutback, gutter and outdoor cleaning, small repairs: We get house and garden back to handover condition before your final inspection. Book early in PCS season (May to August).

The fine print most families learn the hard way
Most German rental contracts pass lawn mowing, hedge trimming and snow shoveling duties on to the tenant. If the grass gets too high or the sidewalk is icy, that can mean trouble with your landlord, or even liability if someone slips. We take that off your plate for one fixed monthly price, with a proper German invoice your landlord or property manager will accept.

Send us a few photos of your yard via WhatsApp and you will get a price, usually the same day. Texting and email in English are no problem at all, for phone calls, simple English works fine.

Do you speak English?
Texting and email in English are no problem at all. For phone calls, simple English works fine, WhatsApp with photos is the easiest way to get a quote.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (SEPA) with a proper German invoice. That also works for landlord reimbursement.
How fast can you start?
For regular lawn care usually within one to two weeks. For PCS move-out jobs, please book two to four weeks ahead during summer.
Can you give a quote from photos?
